PFM source agent (“Quest Public Folder Migrator Extractor Agent” service) tracks new job creation, scheduling changes each 1 min by default. If you have more than 200 jobs it can affect migration process for jobs which are on the running state now because source agent spends some time to analyze all jobs status.

You have possibility to change default time-out with changing product registry settings:

32-bit OS [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Quest Software\Public Folder Migrator\Server]

64-bit OS [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Quest Software\Public Folder Migrator\Server]

“TimeOutInSecForSrcAgentJobRefresh”: DWORD, new time-out value in sec.

Note: you need to create “TimeOutInSecForSrcAgentJobRefresh” value, it’s not created by default.
