Steps to reproduce:

  1. Switch RMSP to the dedicated SQL server mode.
  2. "Target" SharePoint content SQL server is 2000.
  3. Select the document (size > 30 Mb).
  4. Click "Restore" or "Restore To"

Workaround: Use the "Save As" feature. Then you can upload the document to a document library via SharePoint interface.

what is the source? Is that sql 2k too or 2k5?
